Which payment providers do you accept?

Our products are sold through Paddle.com, which supports all major credit cards and PayPal.

What security measures do you have in place?

Our site is secured via SSL using Cloudflare and the product purchase process is secured by Paddles secure checkout server.

What time zone are you in?

GMT+2

Are you affiliated with Headway?

No. We are an official block provider though.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, but we ask that you give us a chance remedy the situation before resorting to a refund.

Can I get a coupon?

Sure. But you'll need to do something for us first.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes. So long as you're representing a registered non-profit, we'll give you a 25% discount.

Can I upgrade my license?

Sure. Get in touch via our contact form or send an email to [email protected] and we'll help you out.

How long after purchase before I can download?

How do I install your blocks?

Our blocks are built as WordPress plugins, so they are installed via the plugin installer in WordPress.

How are your products licensed?

All our products are licensed under the GPL.

What do I need to use your products?

A valid copy of Headway.

What do I do if I discover a bug?

Get in touch and we'll get it sorted asap.

What information do you need when I ask for help?

If you'd like us to take investigate an issue on your site, setup a temporary admin login and send us the login info along with a link to your site.

How many sites can I use your products on?

You're not limited to the number of sites you can use our products on, but we limit the number of sites we support and provide updates for based on your current subscription.

How does support work?

Check the Faqs and Guides first. If you don't find your answer, get in touch via our contact form.

Why is support no longer handled on the Headway forums?

Headway shut down the previous forums and asked that we provide support on our own sites.

How long does it typically take you to reply to support requestions?

24 to 48 hours depending on the support load.

My site stopped working! Help!

Get in touch and we'll do our best to help you get it back up. Please include any relevant information, like when the site was last working and what has changed since then.

What are the recommended steps for upgrading your products?

Create a full backup of your site. Ideally, you'd test the upgrade locally before hand, but if you're not able to, make sure you at least have a working backup before you proceed.

What constitutes as support?

Fixing any bugs in our products, helping you use our products, etc. Customization is not included in support.

Can you help with customizing my site?

Sure, but we'll need to charge our hourly rate of $75/hour. Get in touch to discuss what you need help with and we'll give you an estimate.

What’s the difference between your Core and Bundled templates?

The core versions are built on a vanilla Headway install (ie, none of our plugins installed). The bundled version includes additional layout templates for our Headway plugins.
